RawGasket™ is a 2 mm thick, perforated vacuum gasket sheet designed to create a tighter, more controlled vacuum surface on CNC machines. Placed on top of a spoilboard/vacuum table, it helps distribute vacuum more evenly and reduces leakage — giving you more reliable workholding when the workpiece doesn’t cover the entire surface, when cutting small parts, or when the setup isn’t perfectly flat.
In real use, this means more consistent vacuum hold, less “mystery slipping,” and a system that feels easier and safer to run — especially during contour cutting and through-cutting where small parts can otherwise start moving.

Perfect for uneven materials (like OSB)
Not every material is perfectly flat in the real world. OSB, plywood, and many sheet materials can have texture, voids, or slight warping that makes sealing difficult on a hard, perfectly flat surface. RawGasket is designed to be more forgiving in these situations: it helps compensate for minor unevenness and improves contact where the workpiece would otherwise leak.

Through-cutting that lasts longer
RawGasket is a consumable surface, but it can last a long time when used correctly.
For through-cutting, the goal is not to cut fully through the gasket. Instead, set your Z-depth so you cut through the workpiece and only enter the gasket by up to about 0.5 mm. This gives clean cut-through while keeping wear to a minimum — meaning RawGasket can last a long time, even in repeated jobs.
This approach is especially valuable when cutting many small parts: you get clean through-cuts without “opening up” the system so much that vacuum stability drops.
Dense hole pattern for better control
RawGasket uses a denser perforation pattern than many industrial vacuum gasket solutions. In practical CNC use, this provides clear benefits:
- more active vacuum points across the surface
- improved stability for small parts
- more forgiving hold-down when the workpiece doesn’t cover a large continuous area
The holes are arranged in a straight grid pattern, making the sheet easy to:
- cut cleanly and accurately
- tile/combine in sections (tiling)

Self-adhesive, modular, and easy to replace
RawGasket is self-adhesive and mounts directly onto a spoilboard. It can be cut to size and combined with multiple sheets to build up larger vacuum surfaces. When certain areas wear out, you can replace only the worn sections rather than the entire surface.
