Raw Creative 2.5 Build Access
Raw Creative 2.5 Build Access Raw Creative 2.5 is a DIY CNC machine project for builders who want extra guidance, illustrations, DXF files, BOM lists, calculators, videos and build notes collected in one place.You do not need to purchase Build Access to build the machine. The project can still be built by sourcing the parts yourself and following the public information available. Build Access is made to make the process easier by giving you a more organized build area with additional illustrations, tips, tricks and supporting material.
Build Access also gives you access to the Raw Creative forum, where builders can ask questions, share progress and learn from each other during the build.
This is not a finished machine kit, and it does not include full CAD files of the machine. The custom plates are provided as DXF files for cutting, while the access area is focused on helping you understand, plan, source parts and build your own Raw Creative 2.5 CNC machine.
By purchasing Build Access, you also help support the continued development of Raw Creative 2.5, including new documentation, videos, improvements and future machine updates.
Build Access is best seen as a practical build companion — not a complete plug-and-play product.

Build versions
Raw Creative 2.5 can be built as a Belt, Rack or Ball Screw version. The build platform helps you understand the differences and choose the parts that match the machine you want to build.
All drawings, calculators and dimensions are metric and shown in millimetres.
Machine sizes
Raw Creative 2.5 can be built in several standard sizes, or as a custom size.
Standard frame sizes
- 75 machine: 745 x 990 mm
- 100 machine: 990 x 990 mm
- 150 machine: 1495 x 990 mm
- 200 machine: 1995 x 1320 mm
Custom size
You can also build a custom size. The Belt and Rack versions can be scaled up more easily, while the Ball Screw version is mainly intended for compact builds.
How much does it cost to build?
The total cost depends on machine size, component choices and how much you source or make yourself. Most builds start around 900 EUR and up.
Raw Creative 2.5 uses aluminium profiles, steel plates, linear rails and real mechanical components. It is more expensive than a very simple DIY router, but much stronger and more useful in return.
Before buying parts, we recommend going through the BOM lists to understand the total build cost.
Early Access and updates
This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Your access includes the current build resources and future updates added to the Raw Creative 2.5 project.
By purchasing access, you also support the continued development of the project, including more videos, better documentation, improved calculators and future testing.
Access and refund notice
Accounts are created manually. If you purchase access during evenings, weekends or holidays, activation may take until the next business day. In most cases, we activate accounts as soon as possible.
This is a digital access product. Once your account has been activated and the digital content has been made available, the purchase cannot normally be refunded.
