During the summer, we work with limited staffing and will therefore temporarily pause our DIY kits.

To maintain better delivery times and provide proper support, we are currently focusing on the Raw Creative Steel Edition. The machine is delivered in pre-assembled main sections and will be our main product during the summer period.

This jig set is made to help you align the linear guide rails correctly when building the Raw Creative 2.5 CNC machine.

The kit includes 4 HPL alignment jigs:

2x jigs for the Z-axis HGR15 linear rails
2x jigs for the X, Y and A-axis HGR15 linear rails

The jigs are used to set the correct distance between the rails during assembly. This makes the build easier, faster and more accurate, and helps ensure that the rails are mounted parallel with the correct spacing.

The jigs are made from HPL, a strong and stable material that is well suited for this type of assembly tool.
