Raw Creative 2.5 laser cut steel plate kit

When you buy the Raw Creative drawings from us, you get access to all DXF files needed to cut the steel plates yourself or have them produced locally.

However, not everyone has access to laser cutting, and one-off production can often be expensive. That is why we offer the steel plates as a ready-made product.

The plate kit is based on the universal Raw Creative 2.5 plate system and can be used to build different versions of the machine. Some versions require additional plates, so please select the version you want to build when ordering.

The kit includes laser cut carbon steel plates in 3 mm and 6 mm thickness, depending on function and position. The required HPL spacers for the Z-axis spindle plate are also included.

The steel plates can be ordered with or without powder coating. We powder coat the parts in-house using industrial equipment. Please note that the finish may vary slightly, as these are functional machine parts rather than decorative parts.

Raw Creative logo decals are also included.

Rack version
Includes the plates needed to build the standard rack version.

Belt version
Includes the plates needed to build the standard timing belt version.

Ball screw version
Includes the additional plates needed for the ball screw version, including ball screw motor plates, ball screw housing plates and the correct corner plates.

All versions
Includes the full universal plate package for builders who want maximum flexibility or want to keep the option open to build either version.

This product only includes the steel plates and listed accessories. Aluminium profiles, linear rails, belts, racks, ball screws, motors, electronics and other hardware are sold separately unless stated otherwise.
