Linear guide block for 15 mm linear guide rails, HIWIN HGH15CA type.

This block is made for standard 15 mm linear rails and can be used for CNC machines, linear motion systems, DIY machines and other precision movement applications.

The block has mounting holes for M4 screws and is compatible with standard HGH15CA-style rail systems.

The block can be lubricated through grease nipples if installed, or by applying suitable lubricant directly to the linear rail. When the carriage moves along the rail, the lubricant is distributed into the block.

Preloaded type

Please note that these blocks are preloaded. This means they are designed with a tighter fit to reduce play and improve rigidity.

Because of the preload, the block may feel slightly stiff when moved by hand, especially without load. This is normal. When installed on a machine with some weight on the block, the movement usually becomes smoother.

A simple way to understand preload is to place a little weight on the block while moving it along the rail. You will feel that it starts to glide more naturally.
