15 mm linear guide rail for CNC machines, linear motion systems and DIY machine builds.

These rails are standard HIWIN-style HGR15 rails and fit our HGH15CA type linear guide blocks. They provide high stability, smooth linear movement and much better rigidity compared to simpler wheel-based motion systems.

The rails have mounting holes for M4 screws and can be mounted to aluminium profiles, steel frames or other suitable machine structures.

Joining rails for longer machines

For longer CNC machines, several rails can be joined together. When the block passes over the joint, you may feel or hear a small click. This is normal if the rails are aligned correctly and should not affect the cutting result.

For best performance, take time to align the rail ends carefully and make sure the transition between the rails is as smooth as possible.
