Raw Creative 2.5 Main Mechanical Kit
We are preparing a larger mechanical kit for the Raw Creative 2.5, made for builders who want a simpler and safer way to get started.
This kit includes the main RawCNC-specific mechanical parts collected in one package. It is designed to reduce the need for multiple orders, separate shipments and missing small parts during the build.
How to build your Raw Creative 2.5
1. Buy this mechanical kit
Choose the correct machine size and drive version: Belt, Rack or Ball Screw. This kit includes the RawCNC-specific mechanical parts, plates, hardware, jigs, covers and VIP build access.
2. Order the aluminium profiles
After purchase, we send you a prepared aluminium profile cart/link with the correct cut lengths for your selected machine size. You can use this link or order the profiles from your own supplier.
3. Add electronics
You can buy our Raw Creative 2.5 electronics kit, or source the electronics yourself using the BOM list and build information.
4. Add rails and drive parts
You also need HGR15 linear rails, guide blocks and the drive components for your selected version, such as belt, rack or ball screw parts.

Can I source parts myself?
Yes. Raw Creative 2.5 is designed to give you flexibility. You can buy prepared kits from us to save time, or use the BOM list and source many parts yourself.
If you are patient and search for good deals, used parts or surplus components, the build can be much cheaper. In some cases, builders may be able to reduce the cost significantly compared to buying everything ready-packed.

The Belt and Rack versions are cross-compatible. This means you can start with one version and later change or upgrade to the other version.
The Ball Screw version uses a few additional plates, but it is also based on the same Raw Creative 2.5 platform.
Shipping note
This product is mainly intended for customers in Europe due to the size and weight of the shipment. We can quote shipping outside Europe on request, but international freight for a kit like this can be very expensive.
DIY parts package notice
This product is supplied as individual components for a DIY CNC build. It is not a finished machine, not a ready-to-use CNC system and not supplied as a safety-certified machine. If the completed machine is used in a workshop, business or workplace environment, the builder/operator is responsible for making sure the final machine meets all applicable safety requirements.
Check before assembly
Please check all parts before starting assembly. Started, assembled, modified or used kits cannot normally be returned as new products.
