MOD 1.0 gear rack with pre-drilled mounting holes, suitable for CNC rack and pinion drive systems. The rack can easily be mounted to an aluminium profile, steel frame or similar machine structure.

The mounting holes are made for M5 screws with a standard screw head.

To keep shipping cost lower, the gear racks are sold in 980 mm lengths. For longer machines, several racks can be joined together. MOD 1.0 gear racks are easy to splice, and with careful alignment the joint will work well for longer CNC builds.

The gear rack is lightly oiled for transport. Since it is shipped overseas, some surface oxidation or marks may be present. This can normally be cleaned, polished or lightly sanded away before installation.
