RawVac™ XL Vacuum Table
RawVac XL is a powerful vacuum table system developed for larger CNC machines and real production work. The system is designed to deliver high airflow across large surfaces, making it especially effective for full sheets, spoilboards, through-cutting and other jobs where traditional clamping solutions quickly become a limitation.
With four separate table sections and zone control, you get a flexible system that works just as well for large panels as for smaller parts. RawVac™ XL is built to create a faster, cleaner and more professional workflow with stable vacuum hold-down in practical use.

When Airflow Matters More Than Maximum Vacuum
RawVac XL is developed for large CNC vacuum tables with MDF spoilboards and through-cutting, where the system always operates with a certain amount of air leakage. MDF allows air to pass through, open zones affect the flow, and every through-cut creates new false air. That means a large vacuum table behaves very differently from small, nearly airtight vacuum systems.
In small sealed systems, a high-vacuum pump can often show impressive values on the gauge, but on a larger MDF-based table it is airflow capacity that determines how well the system performs in practice. That is why RawVac XL is built around a high-flow blower with up to 700 m³/h airflow capacity, designed to keep the vacuum stable even under continuous leakage.
Together with zone control and RawVac Gasket, this creates strong and even holding force across a large surface, adapted for real production rather than a completely sealed test setup.
